just wondering if the PS3 F@H client is configurable like the pc clients ..meaning , you can put your own name and team number into them ..or are they just generic team PS3?
 
Username and team numbers can be set in PS3
 
You have to set it to team 33:

Yes it is configurable.

PS3 puts out around 900ppd

And please run it 24/7, the PS3 deadlines, like the SMP deadlines, are fairly short, so if you turn it off for a weekend it just loses th3 science,

You do know that they are supposed to be introducing a 40GB model for $400 don't you?
Apparently they are dropping the PS2 compatibility but most else will remain the same.
Especially the 900ppd depending on your gaming etc.
Also Stan4rd is supposed to be increasing the performance dramatically, so you might be getting up to 1500 or more ppd.
