This is what I want to setup:

PS2 >>> Component cables >>> video in on my 6600GT >>> connected to a 2005FPW.

As far as I know that works well.


Now as for the sound, I have a Audigy2 ZS. Is there a type of cable I can buy at r@dio shack that I can use to convert the RCA audio into my audio in on my sound card? Is there a digital (optical) output accessory I can by to complement the audigy? Or Is the Audigy2 zs platinum/pro the only way to go since they both have optical ports?

Yes there is. It's a Y cable that converts 1/8th mini stereo minijack to dual RCA. Let me get you a link here. I'll edit this post.

I'm not so sure about the video because you need a vivo card for that, or a tv tuner card with video in capabilities.
