I looked at the top of the forum with the calculators and recommendations but got really confused. So, I present this the the group, what wattage is average for the following system:

Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939
AMD Athlon X2 4400+
Radeon X1600XT
2 GB of RAM
Video Capture Card
USB Devices around 5
CD/DVD Burner with Litescribe
FDD
A few fans

Dear God NO. The SP500 power supply is notorious for capacitor failure, run a search of the forums and you'll see dozens of horror stories pop up.

This one will work fine.
