PS Fan spinning slow

Hey all ...

Wonder if someone might have some insight into a 'potential' issue I'm looking at. In the rig in my signature, the power supply fan is spinning pretty slow...in the 800RPM range. I'm not sure if it's controlled by the mobo - but in the bios it only reports the fan speed. There's no option where I can seem to toggle a full-speed vs temp controlled function.

Any help? Thanks in advance.

Ok...may have figured it out. Right now idle my system only is hitting 38C mobo / 32C CPU and according to Antec, the fan runs at minimum speeds until 45C. Will try to get the thing under load above that and see if it corrects the warning.

Never thought I'd be concerned my system is running too COOL... :D

my enermax liberty 500w psu fan only spins around 800 when doing normal stuff.
under heavy load it can get up to about 1300 or so.
