"Heads Up" for F@H EULA there is NO Lisence Agreement Accept "X" option on the scroll down page - only a "O" Cancel.
YOU MUST USE LEFT ARROW TO GET TO THE ACCEPTANCE WINDOW."
nrimon from Sony Development Team replied to this problem on the F@H Forum today:
"When the EULA is presented you can freely scroll up & down. The only displayed button is "Cancel", there is a right arrow animating to show you that you need to use the right arrow key to continue. If you are running version 1.1 (got the online update) then the X key will also work for you at this point.
To accept the EULA you must go through the second screen. You should see two options: "Do Not Accept" and "Accept", where the "Do Not Accept" is default. If you cannot see the second line then there is a problem with your display brightness or resolution.
After you have selected "Accept" (using the down arrow) you can move forward again by the right arrow or the X button (assuming you are in US region).
If you cannot see the animating arrows at the sides of the screen, again, you have a display problem. We adhere to safe areas on screen, but we cannot account for irregular configurations. I believe this procedure to be a norm for all system dialogs on the PS3."
I replied:
"Recommend that nrimon's reply be added to the PS 3 FAQs, PS 3 Setup and PS 3 F@H Read Me files.
I still prefer the "KISS" principle by keeping the EULA Accept and Cancel button on the same page."
