PS/2 power adapter?

I've seen power adapters like this for a 2.5" external drive enclosure. The enclosure uses a piggy-back type configuration for a PS/2 port, so your mouse/keyboard can plug into the back of it. The only lead coming off of the entire thing is for power.

Anybody seen these for sale individually anywhere?
 
I've seen them pop up from time to time on www.compgeeks.com 's cable section. They don't seem to have them right now. I could only find AT keyboard power taps on Froogle (for less than $15 anyway, didn't look higher than that).
