Hey guys, new here. I'm working on a prototype Xbox case, similar to the picture below. Anyway, before I start, I was going to ask you guys a few questions. I'm new to case modding, but not extremely new. I've done XBox modding before working with a dremel, which is what I'll be using to cut this (or a motor-powered saw in my woodshop at school).

So, a few questions:
How thick of plexi should I use for this? I'm using black acrylic.
How should I hold each faceplate together? I was thinking some brackets and nuts and bolts with countersunk screws, visible from exterior.
I'm putting both my Xbox 1 and Xbox 360 inside of this case. Is it possible to link both to a 350w PSU along with a few other accessories like LEDs and a router? I have the conversion kit for Xbox mobo to PC PSU.
Everything's going to be put in a tray within to minimize screws and air it out. I'll post up some plans after this post, but here's a preview of it's size:
