PROTOTYPE 3DFX VOODOO 5 5500

Rev A0 silkscreened looks real, and matches the back side. The "Not for Resale" stickers look legitimate in the correct locations. However, I do see a cap/resistor or two on the back side that are chipped off, probably from improper storage. The engineering sample V5 5500's usually had bugs that caused system lockups, and I see no manual wire wrap traces like a few other V5 5500's to make hardware corrections. This also isn't a rare one worth more than $200 IMO.. the rare one to look for is the Rev A0 4699. (true VSA-100) The second most valuable would be the Rev A1 0900. If I had to guess, the one in the Ebay listing doesn't work, or works poorly with system hangs while running games.

Good catch I was on mobile when I looked at that photos and I did not see the wire fixes so I thought it was a fake.
