props to newegg customer service

I tried to buy a downloadable acronis 10 for use in vista 64 , but the thing wouldnt work right.
they gave me a refund plus 10 dollars off the cd so I didn't have to pay more.

Doesnt go here but yeah they rule, you could help em out a lil bit more if you posted a review on a reseller site ;)
 
ya newegg customer support rocks, had ordered the wrong ram accidentally. Told UPS specifically to return the item and they still left it in front of my house. opened it up since, im hands are usually really itchy. told newegg my incident and they offered to pay shipping for the return. excellent service i tell ya.
 
Wrong place as said, but yes, newegg's customer service is why I'm willing to pay a few bucks more (not literally, but even a good bit more) to order from them over other places such as RipBoomLie (zipzoomfly). I've ordered from newegg for several years now and every time there's an issue (which has been rare), they've been 100% responsive and resolved it to either my satisfaction, or more than my satisfaction.
