Proper Port Forwarding for Azureus

I'm trying to achieve new download speeds with better access to peers via Azureus. I've been to the Wiki section on Azureus and to PortForward.com to try to solve my problem. I've set up a static IP for myself and forwarded the ports to what I believed was correct. Is there some other site that can walk me through this process of forwarding a port for a torrent program like this? If not, can someone walk me through this somewhat complicated process?

well, when you go in to the router management, and find the port forwarding options... just forward the port you set in your azureus settings (udp and tcp) to your private ip ( in your case its static 192.168.1.XXX)

its all pretty straight forward...once you have it forwarded, just begin your sharing :)
