problem is: I ordered one from frozencpu.com on black friday, $536.69 with s/h, I was so stoked. On Monday, I saw that the order hadn't shipped yet so I called in and requested an A64 ez-mod kit instead of the XP mod-kit. Bucky said that would be 'no problem'. Tuesday after work i checked order status again and saw that it was cancelled. They were closed at the time so i sweated it out through the night. I have been calling them all day today and it has become clear that they sold my unit to someone else, they are now out of stock, and they do not plan on getting more. I have been waiting to hear from the owner, Mark, but he hasn't returned any of my numerous calls nor my emails.

I am so upset over this i could puke. They were not out of stock when I BOUGHT IT! They gave my money back and told me i couldn't have it 5 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT IT!

A deal on a mach2 that good wouldn't last long...I bought my Mach 1 for $900 a while ago. Have you gotten your money back? Have you been contacted at all? If it goes on a week I'd try to press charges for internet fraud (if they still haven't returned your money)

it's nothing to get physicaly ill over. i'm sure they'll honor the sale price for you. they're a good company.
 
Mistakes happen, at least it's not like some companies out there *cough* monarch *cough* Who tell you things are in stock and will ship in 24 hours and straight up lie to you on the phone that it will ship within the next 24 hours for 5 days in a row when you're on a deadline.
 
Mark, the owner of frozencpu, called me today. I am soon to be the proud owner of a new Mach2!! All I have to say is, what a guy! Thank you frozencpu for getting right.
 
So you got the Mach II and the A64 adapter kit for $500 plus shipping? Killer deal.
