The powdercoating cost me $250, right in the pocket....
Red plexi was bought from tap-plastics.com.
Its not that hard to build custom stuff, just takes time, if you rush it, i guarantee it will not come out right. I just cant believe you guys didnt have faith in me!!

Oh and just touching on the dissimilar metals issue, i am aware of that, but its not much of an issue. Im using an experimental additive along wih some antifreeze, the additive is from Honeywell's(my workplace) fluid research department, and it is designed to prevent corrosion in systems with dissimilar metals. Plus, the metals are not physically connected, they are isolated, with rubber grommets(not visible) and silicone. We'll see how it works out i suppose.
