projects question

I think the -advmethods flag gives you newer proteins. Nice job folding srigg. You blew past me a few days ago.

is there a way i can tell my client to pick a specific project?
A specific project? Nope, Stanford controls the assignment servers, they decide which projects have priority.

Under setup if you answer yes to the advanced question you can spec fah. After that it's all about the switches. -advmethods will get you mostly Gromacs. With AMD machines always add -forcesse. I dropped the -advmethods switch, tend to get more tinkers which take a bit longer but give higher points. Both tinker and gromacs are still current and valid.

Fold on
