Projectors with "Lens Shift"?

Hi Guys,

I recently setup a home projector system in my house and unfortunately I can't realign my floor tilt so when I set up everything the screen and mount for the projector aren't even. That may not make much sense but basically I'm looking for a good projector that can bend/tilt the screen its projecting w/out distorting the image.

but also with some sort of a pitch/roll element and/or the left/right edge can change heights.

Any help on this is appreciated.

You can get a CRT.


If your mount will not allow you to get a level projector, you need a new mount.

Budget?
Room type? Bat cave, some light, etc.
Screen type?

There are a ton of projectors that have lens shift built in.

This... also, lens shift should be used for H+V offset, not for skew or rotating the image (fixed lenses don't work that way)

You need to level your mount. Shift does not correct for leveling errors.

I believe the keystoning features will help with this but recommended to be avoided at all costs as it introduces new problems

Correct. Keystone was designed for marketing idiots and their web2.0 powerpoint presentations.

Remember with this type of shifting you are always losing resolution and quality in the pj.

Wrong.

Horizontal and Vertical lens shift do not impact resolution or pq.
