i generally prefer green over blue lighting, and i usually don't like green and blue together at all. but i like your color scheme in the 2nd picture. it creates a more unified look throughout the case as a whole, and blue looks better than green with the silver/gunmetal case anyway. the green WC tubing adds a nice touch and helps break the monotony of all blue.

may i ask what those white things are in the middle of your water lines? just connectors, or temp/flow gagues?

They are quick-disconnect shutoff valve, the quick-disconnect nozzles will separate Liquid on both sides.

More easily to work with the WaterCooling system and add or remove something one the system

i didn't notice nothing strange on the flow of the WC before and after the instalation of quick-disconnect conectors.

I'm very happy with the results.
