Alright, just got the Sugo sg03 on friday, and have done some stuff to it. Here's just a little summary of what I've done so far, hopefully it will all be done on Monday when my micro- atx mobo gets here.

new paintjob for the grills, the flash made them look a lot brighter of a color than they really are.

2x red led Yate Loons (so nice!)

Since the silverstone fan controller that I bought wouln't fit in the 3.5'' slot without hitting the door, I decided to use the pci fan controller that came with the 3.5'' one. This is where it'd fit.

Drilled holes in this piece of metal, trying to retain a stock looking system (kinda)

knobs for the pci controller in the middle, they dont quite fit over the nut that secures it, so I popped off the knobs from the 3.5'' controller. Looks better!

Thats it for now, still have to mount a 5.25'' silenced hard drive in the bottom, plus figure out some feet for the rear since I'm removing the hard drive bay that has the foot attached.

(sorry for the bad pics, I was in a hurry when I took them)

You could just cut off the HD things that stick up... I cut off three of the 4 to put stuff in the bottom. I used an angle grinder and it went pretty fast.. Dremel would be fine too.

I was also thinking of cutting away some of the fan mount area in the front. They give all those notches to let you move a fan up and down depending on where you want it, unfortunately if you use two fans you don't really have much of a choice as to what notches to use. The downside is then the extra notches just block part of the fans airflow. Kinda annoying.

I'd rather not cut them off, I like to keep my stuff semi- repairable since I usually will resell it down the road. I'm thinking about getting some black tape or something to fill all the extra notch holes, and to make the front look better. I'll find something!
