Ok, I'm new here, but not to modding......
I stumbled across this site a few days ago...

but I figured I would add my contribution(s)....

I have started a new mod for my kids b-day...
The Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo......

I have lots of pics/worklog on my site, also I will be updating with previous projects,
as I said it is a work in progress, so I really did not know which pic to u/l here, but you can just check everything out for yourselves here..
Dragonsteel

56k beware, LOTS of pics, it is a detailed worklog...

I would appreciate any comments, suggetions etc..

Looking good, Good idea with the door :) does need a little bit of sanding, but I figure
you knew that already :)

i'd be awesome if they could roll it around and play w/ it when they're not using it as a computer.

I thought about making the wheels movable, but then, I re-thought it...

you don't have small children do you? .......

anyone who has small children will tell you why that would be a VERY bad idea.....

if it was mine, I would make it movable, that would be cool!!

I will update the site, hopefully tonight or tomorrow, I am waiting for my account with website to be updated, I had to actually pay for the extra services, so as soon as they get on the ball I will have more room to post images etc.....
but as of now I am limited to 50 images, and I have that... I have more to post, I just got done with the third blue base coat on case (last night), and got the first coat of the 'flowers' on the wheels (about an hour ago).....

I've always wanted a Mystery Machine computer. Just don't forget the scooby snacks when you're done :)

Where do you think I get all the energy to stay up all night and do the work on this thing, I can't really do it while my kids are up and watching..... :p

Rooby-Racks of course, err, Scooby Snacks......

Rooby-Rooby-Roo........................

ps.. site has been updated...

i like the idea for the doors/etc. i need to buy a new dremel:( so many ideas, so many things i don't have to do them with...

have fun with that case.

Hahaha, at first, I hadnt scrolled down enough in the first picture and you said "here is the inspiration for my kids Bday present" All I saw was a pack of smokes.... no toy. I was dieing of laughter before I actually saw the mystery machine. Too bad, I bet you kids would have loved a giant pack of smokes and a zippo.
