To all

That is a really nice mod.
The wires need some work and maybe untwist them and maybe even get a different color like black so they do not stand out so much. I would go longer so you can tuck them under the mobo on both the IDE cables and SATA cables.
Another thing I would do is to paint the optical drives the same color and so there are no emblems on them. I would also polish the aluminum corners just a little and spray a clear coat on them so finger prints and oxidation aren't visible.
I hate saying anything about other peoples work but this PC is nice enough to do those little things to make it really nice.
nice job.

i would run them one on top of the other and use some very thin twist ties to hold them so they run parralel

OR actually, get some larger sleeving and put both cables in one sleeve if possible :)

also what makes this project great is the work, the stacker is huge, i loved mine and it is one hella of a case ot paint, mod, prep and make purd! but you got to love allll the space! (i loved having dual PSU's in mine)

space is super :D

Thing is, my stacker is very tight when you try to put the soundcard \ graphic card, and with the paint it even got tighter i almost wasnt able to fit them. Did you had the same problems with yours?

HELLO ALL (again)

Ok i had some problems with my motherboard, so i had to disassemble all my pc. I had some constructive critics from the users and especially from greensabath (Project: Yuugou) and agreed with him that the name "Simplicity" wasnt showing up on the interior of my case so i decided to buy some Dark Red Plexi and start working it ;)

Hope you like it:

Tonight im gonna try to assemble it all and then take some pictures of my case completly RE-done...

Im also thinking on making something more in the front... Let's see ;)

This is actually one of my more favorite mods on these forums, it isn't overly flashy, super high tech or anything of that sort. Good ideas, great paint job, and some style, just what I like.

ahha thx man :D

I was gonna put some more photos of the pc running, BUT the pc decided not to turn the monitor ON. Today i found out it was bc i had the floppy cable connected upside down ARGH! im gonna throw away my floppy! and learn how to make a F6 RAID disk with an USB PEN! lol

ill try to post more tonight

I just looked through this log and you did a beautiful job. Great use of colors and lighting.:D

I agree, I like the color a lot. very nice job. I like the new red plexi inside of there. i want to see more pics when that is done.

Well looks like you did a quality job, but I still like my stacker better :p

IMO you should have gone liquid cooled with that nice hack job on the top of the case...

Oh yea teh red acrylic is nice, but IMO a different window that hides the drive bays would be even better. Just personal preference...
