Hey,
as the title said it already, i want to modify a case in the style of the new game "Hellgate: London".
At first something about me, i'm a 17 year old guy from germany, so i hope there won't be any problems about unterstanding each other. This is going to be my first mod, so it would be nice to get some support from the older guys that got more experience...
At first, here's the inside of my PC:
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe
Athlon XP 26000+
Zalman CNPS 7000 Cu
2x512MB OCZ DDR400
GeForce FX 5700 Ultra von Gainward
LG-4163 (DVD-Brenner)
CD-Brenner von LG
2x Samsung Spinpoint120 mit 120Gb jeweils, aber nicht im Raid
Tagan TG380-U01 mit 380 Watt
My Case is an Avance B-031
OK, this is my concept and hopefully my case is going to be like it.
At first my case will get another color. The base color is going to be grey and the real color will be metallic red. Here are the different parts of my case:
Left Side
At first i will fill the holes for the fans with spatula to get an absolut plain area. After that i will order a foil at the following adress Print Big.
The foil will cover the whole side. The pic printed on this foil be the following:
Maybe Flagship will release a greater one before i order the foil, but if not, i will enlarge this pic on my own.
Right Side
The onliest thing on the ride side, will be the new color. This side will be faced towars wall, so i won't see it.
Back
The Back will also get the new color. And after coloring it, i will cut off the holes for the fans and replace them by this fangrills.
Top
The top is build up by several parts, at first this sword is the motif for the top:
First thing is to cut a sword of my top, that is a little bit smaller than the sword that will cover it. In this hole i will make a red light. The sword above the hole will be made of glas and it will be a little big greater than the hole. I will fix it with some glue.
The next part is going to be metal again, that will be glued over the glas-sword.
To realise this, i need a sword that is only black and white, the white part will be the glas and the black will be the metal.
And if anybody can help me doing this, i would really really appreciate it.
Front
The Front is really the most complicated part of the case. As you can see on the pics above, at the front is something like a door. And this door is going to be head. It will be the head of the following templar. The head will be empty to install some lights in it. The green or blue parts of the head, that are glowing will be glas to light it from the inside of the head.
And if you got any tips for me, how to do it, that would be really good.
