So I've had my TT Soprano case now for about 3 months. been trying to think of things to do to it.

I al a huge storage whore. so I have a lot of hard drives. but I decided my new pc would be a pc only and that I would build a server soon to house all my hdd's in a huge wind tunnel of a case I can store downt he hall so I donthave to hear the damnt hing lol but that project is to come later.

I Want to water cool my pc soon. the specs of the pc are:
- Opty 170 OC to 2.4ghz
- A8N-SLI deluxe mobo
- 7800GT CO vid card
- 120gig SATA 7200 rpm hdd (may upgrade to faster?)
- 1 gig ocz ram
- 620 watt modular psu

Ok so that takes up a little space. plus the hard drive cage. and the disk cages. My DVD-rom/burner is an external usb one. and im very happy with it. love this lil guy :D lol

so the cages. to me. are useless.. hmm what to do? ok so bellow is the first part of the project. i did not take a whole hell of a lot of pictures. but you should get the jist

Pic one:

I decided I would mount my hdd to the bottom of the case for now. later I plan to have it else where to make more room. I have the location picked out but am tryin to find some nice brackets to hold the drives up a bit before i moune them there. This is a pic of a piece of paper screwed to the hdd using the bottom mounts. great way to makea template.

its a work in progress. oncei buy wire and sata, ide etc end thats i will need. I will make it a LOT!! cleaner looking.

Paint job will come. whole exterior stays black. probably orange inside.

Looks good. LOTS of space. I have a Tsunami and the modstream was a PITA to play with. I resleeved mine and i just have the 24p to do then i will be done with it. You should considerate doing that too. It looks REALLY bitchin' if done right. Keep it up looks good.

i have plans to redo the mobo connectors yes. going to take tha tcrap plastic sleve off and cut a hole int he back side of the psu then attempt to route my wire out the back. down behind the mobo tray and then out where they are needed. and just resleve that part.

thanks for the coment. i like how it cam eout. like is aid. im about 1/5th doen the project. money and finding the right tools hold me back now :(

awesome. just warning you. Once you get the clear tube off, then you have to take the wire mesh stuff off. then there is another white tube. You have to cut they all they dont slide off. then all the ground wires are bare wires. They have like 1in of heatshrink on the edges, but the rest is just plain wire. its PITA. I put heatshrink on all the bare wires to prevent an from poking out of the sleeve.
Good luck have fun
