programs reading files? wow, i feel dumb

what do i need to do, to get a program to run, say .xbx files, like the xbox would, or how do i make a program that will run them the right way?

on the computer
 
you would need to reverse engineer the xbox and code a piece of software that emulated the xbox hardware and interpreted the .xbx executable the way an xbox does, it's quite a task, and it would run the game reallly really slowly.
 
that would be unlawful unless such a program was offered or licened from Microsoft.
