Hi,
I'm looking I'm for a program that is able to substantially slow down the GPU fan on my 7800GT. I know ntune and rivatuner are able to slow it down to like 50% speed, but I am looking for something that can slow it down to like 5% speed (similar to what SpeedFan does for case fans). Does anyone know of a program?
