Program to slow down Audio files

Hi, I have to .wav files that total about an 1:15 in length. Anyway, its an interview I had to do for school and it has to be transcribed.

Does anyone know of a free audio player program that will let me slow the file down to playback at half speed, eigth speed, etc.?

Audacity will do it (my typical answer for most sound processing related stuff). It might be a little more than you are looking for but the price is right and it's a great program.
