Im decent with photoshop... I would like to attempt to make my own theme... anyone know of a program to take one apart... edit it, and put it back together? Make one from scratch?
 
Theme xp you gotta buy its like a 2 day trial or some crap (at least for me) i found windows blinds.....its free untill you wanna buy tho it does have a popup here and there for me i just click continue :p and yes you can customize your own themes

I use a uxtheme.dll crack to allow windows to use un registered themes... I dont like dealing with programs...

But... Im talking about completely making my own theme from scratch, I would love to try it. I will look into what the first poster said.
