Program to change the Taskbar color only?

I assume a lot of you are using themed destops from some of the various theme programs. I'd like to be able to change my taskbar color and only my taskbar color.
I've searched for a program that will do this for a very long time

Just wondering if any of you knew of such a program or if any of the various theme programs will allow for taskbar color changes.

Well it seems like Stardock Objectbar allows for it. I downloaded the demo but what a pain to get it to activate, not to mention the system resources it is hogging.

I'm looking for more of a "Right click, choose color, pick color, done",
