Program that shows pipelines?

I tried Rivatuner, pwoerstrip, rage3d, atitool, 3dmark, sisoft, everything i can think of to view my opened pipelines on a PCI-e x800 to XL mod, but for the life of me nothing displays the pipelines. Anyone know a good program for this?
 
maybe your PCI-E version of your card doesn't support unlocking pipelines. I know my GeForce 6800 PCI-E (non GT/Ultra) doesn't.
