I have been playing battlefield 1942 daily, out of the clear blue i get a referenced memory error. i tried reinstalling and it didn't clear anything up, im going to run memtest then defrag and run scandisk...... can you think of anything else to do?

Run your CPU @ Stock and turn down your Memory Timing's, that is an intensive game, and it sounds as if your System can't handle it overclocked.

i turned it down to near stock and the timings are the default ones for it. stock timings will come next

have you tried updating your ATi Driver's?

Can you remember exactly what the error says?

The instruction at "0x02dcd6ab" referenced memory at "0x00200065". the memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
