Program for XP to readout S.M.A.R.T. ?

im not sure if im having problems with my maxtor 160gig or not and have enabled SMART in the bios but i dont know how to look at the information SMART is telling me about the hard drive.

do i need a program or something to do this?

I use SMARTmon: http://www.santools.com/.

Also you should go to Maxtor's web site and download their latest disk diagnostics utility.
