Hey all,
Just picked up a Snsa View 16gig media player and really like it. It has a custom 5 band eq also, but one problem, the bands are not labeled so I don't know what frequencies are being changed. Yes I know they go from low to high but it would be nice to know the exact frequencies.

So I made a pink noise recording adjusting each band one at a time. But now I need a program to show the exact frequencies.

TIA...

Why not just adjust the bands until it sounds good? A portable media player isn't exactly designed for high-quality output, and unless you're using really high-end phones/earbuds then you won't notice the difference.

I have done that, and I have a good setting at the moment. But curiosity killed the cat so to speak and I would really like to know the exact frequencies being adjusted.

And yes I'm using high end cans, SE420's to be exact. Got em off Ebay for a steal, only $117.50. Perfect upgrade from my SE310's which are being rma'd to Shure because of the notorious cable hardening shiasco...
