I play my Game GTA VC and I randomly get this error unhandeled exception is there any way to fix it short of installing all of my game again and my modded cars?

I have XP Pro SP2 What Drivers? I have the latest ATI/Nforce drivers and DirectX C that Came with SP2 I also did a MEMTEST 86 and it passed
