I have a P4 northwood with no hyperthreading runnign RDRAM. Is there any better processors that i could replace this one wiht? its running 2.4 on an ASUS P4T with locked Bios.

It's unlikely that you will see much of a performance increase. If you're running a RDRAM platform, it's probably time to look at a new mobo/cpu/ram setup.
