Depends on the motherboard, depends on the operating system. We need more specs on your machine.
 
Here you go, however its generally recommended to OC from the BIOS (read the sticky on it if you havent yet). This type of software can be useful to find the limit of your cpu without having to tweak bios, go into windows, and run Prime 95 over and over.

a better question would be "how can i read the sticky?"
the answer is to click the link near the top of this forum.

use Prime95, second option under torture test, inplace large FFTs, for 'maximum heat / power consumption'
