I'm planning to build a server to house my pictures, music, backups and stream media to my other systems. I've got a Dell PERC 5/i and 3 750GB Seagate drives that will be setup in a Raid 5. I'm trying to get the best bang for my buck. What processor and motherboard would you reccommend for this? What about operating system?
