Proc refuses to oc anymore

this is really weird....i was playin around with my ram settings and got it up to 225@3-3-3-8 with 3.17 voltage....then on a bad run when i tried to push it further i ended up resetting my cmos....after the cmos reset my proc refuses to go back up to 2.7 and even craps out on me at 2.5


im going to try a new bios flash and a 15+ hour cmos clear... and maybe a re-seat

anyone have any other sugesstions?
