Problems with running programs.

Hi when i try to run some programs i get this error "(The application failed to initialize properly - 0xc0000135)" then i serched around to see how i can fix it and someone suggested getting a dotnetfix. i downloaded that from microsoft and when i went to run it it says "Extracting file failed. it is most likely caused by low memory or corrupted cabinet file." and i dont no waht to do on how to fix this. i ahve an asus a8n sli board 7800gtx 2g of ram and a 300gb hard drive.
 
Yup yup, sounds like a dotnet issue to me. :)

Oh damn, posted before I was ready. Try downloading the file again.
