problems with office 2k3 install maybe reg.

I sold a fella a full copy of office 2k3 and also gave him an 120 day eval. he installed the 120 day eval first, then a few days later he installed the full version and registered it with microsoft. he claims that the full copy is saying that it will expire in 120 days. he said he was unable to uninstall office so he deleted the directory files and installed it again. he later said he tried the repair install but it came up with the same message. I know I gave the guy the full copy. I don't believe he is having this much of a problem, and I can't give him his money back because he has sent his info into microsoft and I can't sell the package again. do u think the problem if there is a problem lies in the reg. of windows and if so where should he look? thanks for the advice
