Problems with new PC

When you fixed it, you might of not pushed the AGP card fully back into it's slot. Or the hsf on your videocard is not touching the GPU. Or if it is one of these new cards, you might not have a molex connector or come kind of power connector to it, like 6800gt, 9800 etc....
