To start off, I can only speak english.

I installed the L.I.S2, and there seems to be a problem. Luckily, it's powered, and it recognizes the COM (USB) port if I go to the preferences menu. The problem I have is that it doesn't seem to be showing up in the hardware display. I'm sure I have my internal USB connected properly, unless it can go through the software display with all of my right information without the use of the USB wire.

I'm using the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Motherboard with AMD FX-53 processor, if that helps.

I tried going to their site but everythiing is in Korean, and if they're customer service is anything like Thermaltake, an e-mail will go by unanswered.
 
have you tried running the page through one of those webstie translation services (ie Babelfish). Although the translation is not perfect, it can be of some assistance.
 
No I haven't, I'll see if that helps later on today after studying.
