Problems with my shuttle

Shuttle Problems
When I go to boot up mu shuttle, the cpu fan goes as fast as it can go. The hard drives and disc drives do turn on(powerup). On my screen, nothing comes up. Nothing works on vga or dvi. I tried using my 9250 ATI AGP vid card and that didnt work so I went back to teh mobo vid and it still didnt work. I tried to call shuttle today, but I cant seem to connect to them. Does anyone have a working usa phone line for shuttle?

No Error messages come up
The comp is a few months old
 
The mobo isnt dead b/c the fan works. Does anyone have a working us shuttle tech support phone #?
 
i think i've read that when cold boot a shuttle, it won't display anything for awhile. i might be wrong, but just let it sit there.
 
I think ppl get it... you want a damn support line, stop askin, the thread is at the top as it is
