Problems with my new 6800GTOC

I picked up a BFG 6800 GT OC at Best Buy. I go home and install it and when I boot it the screen is pure artifacting.

Everything is fine and dandy with my old card but the new card shows no love.


Anyone know what would cause this?
 
Probably your PSU.......how many watts and what brand?

Also, list your system components to see if the PSU is adequate.
 
Post the rest of your system please, you can not possibly solve a computer problem with out the complete rigs specs, make sure to include your PSU and HDs and possibly all things that can take up power.

You could have a PSU issue, or it could be a simple DOA, which in the latter case you can take it back for a new one.
