Problems With Koolance PC-725SL

Hey guys
MY resevoir is being really loud and the tank looks reallyi frothy

I can see my pipes carrying frothy coolant, does this call for a full flush/

I'm getting really uncomfrotable hearing it and it's pretty loud.
