I am getting software conflicts, on a Windows XP Home system... Asus Nforce 266-c motherboard. The Card is the Asus Radeon 9600XT

The conflict I/O Range "03b0-03bb";"03c0-03df" is being used by Nvidia AGP Host to PCI bridge.
and.. Memory Range 000A0000-000BFFFF is being used by Nvidia AGP Host to PCI bridge.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Card drivers, and reinstalled the Nforce Drivers. Uninstalled the PCI drivers on the Mobo as well and reinstalled them with an earlier version no gooD.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thx.
