Problems with displays on my TV

I got a s video and rca connector and hooked it up and i get a picture but when i go to the clone view and i get a pick but its big and i have to scroll around around to see other parts of the page. also when i play a video i cant get a picture on the tv its just a blank screen. how can i get to see the full screen on my tv and so i can see videos also. i can get videos to play only when i do a dual setup. how can i get it with a clone?
 
i have another problem now. i was messing around with the display before i was messing around with it i was able to pan to the left over to my tv but then i messed around and now i have to pan right to the tv. my tv is on the left though. how can i change it back so i can pan left to the tv instead of right?
 
ok i got it to where i can pan to the left instead of the right

now how do i get the full picture onto my tv?
 
Come on there has to be somone in here who can help me
