Problems with crossfire with xfx 5770

I have a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131402 mother board with two xfx 5770 on it.

I know that both of them work independently, and they both work when on at the same time. but when I added a display port cable to put my three montiors on one card and put in the crossfire bridge the second card said it is disabled, and I do not get an option to enable crossfire in the CCC panal.

You linked to an HDMI cable, not a Displayport cable. You need an active Displayport adapter to have three monitors working. (I'm assuming all three monitors are DVI before you start adding adapters)

No ideas on the Crossfire issue.
 
I have a displayport cable and the 3 monitors work fine and no problem. the third monitor has a display port so there was no need for a display port to dvi.

just having problems with the crossfire.
