Problems with changing resolutions and refresh rate please help.

I figure its a Video Card problem that's why its posted here.

Basically when I change my resolution, come out of video games (I play my video games on a 1600x1200 resolution), or come back from sleep mode my screen is all messed but and I have to change the setting on the monitor and put my screen back in the center. It's really starting to bug me. I tried an ATI refresh rate fixer but that doesn't help.

My Specs are:

| Sapphire Radeon X800 XT | A64 3500+ (Winchester) |
| 1 Gig Cosiar XMS PC3200 | MSI Neo2 Platinum |
| Samsung 160 gig SATA HDD | NEC 3500A dual layer DVD |
| NEC MultiSync FE991SB 19'' Monitor | Antec 430W TruePower |

My power looks like this:

Any help is appreciated thanks in advance. If I proved too much info sorry just wanted to be sure.
