Problems with CCC

I just bought a sony vaio and did a fresh install. I cant get the CCC to load up so I can tweak options. I have reinstalled the driver package from AMDs website and its still not working. Anyone know whats going on or some way to tweak settings? I remember someone made a lite version of CCC is that still around?

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
Windows Vista premium 64
 
you should grab the ati driver from sony's website. i had the same issue with my nv card. i couldn't get the nvidia drivers to install for the life of me.
 
I think its the stand alone driver. But Ill give it a try. Thanks
