Hi folks i have inherited an RCA l42wd250yx6
when it powers on the indicator flashes red continuously. My parents had it looked at and the technician who diagnosed it says the "digital board" needs to be replaced. Is this the same thing as a Mainboard/motherboard?
He also said that it wasn't sending an "on" signal to something... this is what I get when I'm getting the information passed down from my parents. Needless to say, I'm no expert to diagnosing the problems, but I'm confident in my ability to reinstall whatever part needs to be reinstalled. already have the thing apart on my table and have poked around a bit.
any help or expertise would be greatly appreciated!
