I've had this refurbed 9800xt for almost a week now. Just recently, I've been doing a lot of benchmarks, and it always crashed when it's around 30 mins or so into it. I've tried different drivers and used a clean install of winxp but still no luck. Then just a few hours ago, I decided to set the agp settings to 4x instead of 8x to see if it work, and guess what, I just ran am3 at 1280x1024 35 times each time with different combinations of AA/AF settings, and it went through flawlessly. Now what I'm wondering is, could this be a motherboard problem or is it still a problem with the card. I still got about a week left before the warranty runs out so I gotta make sure it's faulty. Note that before I changed the agp settings, i never had any artifacts; games were running fine uptil the lock up point. And I'm using the latest 4 in 1 drivers from via.
