Problems with a S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR

[TITAN24]

I know its a crappy video card but its what im working with in my laptop. Im trying to install the program that i downloaded off the website so i can get the new drivers and they wont install it just tells me to check the log. When i do i get this msg

Does anyone know what this means or where i can find out what the problem is and how to fix it. I would really appreciate it.
