Problems with 9600GT silent

Hi, my 9600GT sudently started showing these glitches. If I restart the computer everyting is ok and I can play for hours without a problem.
Temperature is always ~70ºC althoug it went to 100ºC one day I forgot to put the fans on...
Have I fryed the thing? ATItool shows no problems at all...

yeah it's probably toast. My 9600gt resting is 45 and playing fallout 3 it's maxed at 65 and it's over clocked to 750/1080.

Those are very hot temps for this card.
